The issue was fixed at 11.15 AM EST. We have resumed the monitoring for Vault appliance offline status. If there were any alerts that were missed during the maintenance and the Vault appliances are still down, our team will call you and generate tickets.
Datto is experiencing an extended maintenance window at their datacenters which is impacting our Vault Status alert. This alert is used to notify us/you when a Vault appliance is offline. All other offsite functions and alerts are working fine. We are in constant contact with Datto on this situation and are jointly working towards an immediate resolution. We will notify you immediately when these issues are resolved.
