Grant Gary, Technical Account Manager, Enterprise Technology Services
Grant is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Managed Services programs, including technical performance, service level compliance and total client satisfaction. Grant also serves as a senior advisor for our Managed Services clientele, providing strategic assistance to ensure that each client’s IT strategy is aligned with their overall business objectives. Prior to joining ETS in 2006, Grant served as IT Director for a large national franchising organization. With over 30 years of IT experience, Grant is skilled in network and applications management, project management and he possesses strong customer service and general business skills. Grant graduated with a B.S. Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry University.
Paul O’Donnell, Sales Manager, Strategic Accounts
With nearly 15 years of experience in sales, Paul joined Continuum in 2015 as a Strategic Partner Manager where he specialized in helping to grow the business of strategic partners in the Northeast region. As Sales Manager for Strategic Accounts, Paul leads Continuum’s team of Strategic Partner Managers. Paul works with his team to recommend the best Continuum products and services to enable Continuum's IT solutions provider partners to efficiently backup, monitor, troubleshoot and secure their end client environments as profitably and efficiently as possible.
