About the Presenters
Bill Hughes is a Product Manager at Continuum Managed Services responsible for Patching and PSA Integrations. Prior to Continuum, Bill has 10 years of experience as a consultant integrating global IT systems, served as IT manager for a medium sized company, and has launched multiple B2B SaaS products. Bill holds a Bachelor and Master of Systems Engineering from George Washington University.
Bill Stevens is Assistant Director, Partner Success at Continuum. In this role, Bill leads and manages a team of Technical Success Managers focused on driving successful adoption of the Continuum platform. Bill has nearly 10 years of experience at Continuum. Prior to joining the Partner Success team in 2015, Bill was a supervisor responsible for the daily operations of the Continuum Help Desk team. Bill graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Sciences and Technology.
